Highly recommend the Pet First Aid course. Learnt a lot of useful things today. The environment was comfortable, and his dogs Teddy, Pearl and Albert made the course very enjoyable. Hopefully I will never have to put into practice what I've learnt today, but I feel comfortable that if my dog required first aid, at least I have some basic knowledge. I recommend to all pet owners. Having used this company for the past 6years Andy offers 1st class training! My childcare setting has had all 3members of staff completed the 12hr paediatric training which was AMAZING! Fantastic venue, good location and very much value for money!

Andy is professional and easy to get along with, he's approachable and his courses are brilliant! I've been on The First aid at Work 3 day course and the Paediatric First Aid 2 day course too. Andy made sure that we all understood what was being explained all the way through, and took the time to go into great detail in each topic. We did a lot of practical activities to practice what we'd learnt, and plenty of tea and biscuits were provided to help us through! I would 100% recommend Andy to anyone, especially if your a Kinesthetic or visual learner like me. I usually struggle on courses as I can't retain the information, but Andy's practical approach made it so much easier for me, that I feel I'm prepared now for whatever situation I could be thrown into. Thankyou so much Andy!😊

Having just completed a Level 3 Firast Aid at Work and AED course I can say that it was excellent. Run by Andy, a hugely knowledgable and professional ex-military instructor, his mix of theory and varied practical lessons keep learning dynamic and always in a relaxed and pressure free learning environment. I cannot recommend First Aid at Work Norfolk enough.

I’ve completed a number of FAAW courses & Andy’s is by far the best.Seamlessly crossing upmost professionalism, easy to learn information & a strong sense of humour, Andy delivered a 3 day course compressed into 2 longer days to avoid us getting snowed as ‘the beast from the east’ approached. I can’t recommend the course enough that started me on a new career that I love.If you need a FAAW course, just go with Andy. You won’t regret it

Just completed a Pet First Aid course with Andy and what a great day. I was felt completley at ease from the word go and the course was informative. Today my husband and I attended the family first aid training course. It was brilliant! Andy was very clear and professional. We have come away feeling more at ease should we find ourselves ever needing to administer first aid, resuscitation or even using a defibrillator. Andy made the course very fun and welcoming. I've just completed the 6 hour emergency first aid course with Andy and have to say that it was an amazing experience. Andy makes learning fun but with a serious side to it. The way he teaches first aid is fantastic and the information goes in so easily. There is a certain amount of shock value with photos and videos but this only prepares you for what you may be faced with in a real life situation. Let's face if you ever have to use the training it isn't going to pretty. I would highly recommend anyone to use Andy if you are thinking about a first aid course. Thanks very much mate and I will see you again in 3 years to refresh.

Last night I took Mum, Poppy and Daisy to a family First Aid Workshop. The main reason being the importance of knowing what to do if something happens to anyone in our close family. Andy provided an extensive fun and interactive workshop covering issues from burns, puncture wounds and meningitis symptoms to heart attack, CPR and defibrillator usage. We all came away having learnt so much and I would strongly recommend this course to all my family and friends. Amazing course! Thank you Andy!

Just finished my refresher 2 day 12 hour Level 3, Paediatric First Aid course with Andy! This is the second time doing this course with him and he didn't disappoint. The course was clear relevant and delivered in an enthusiastic way. Andy is highly knowledgeable in this subject and very passionate about teaching first aid. I think one of the many things which 'makes' this First Aid course so good, is Andy's first hand experience & scenarios, which he readily shares with you.. He doesn't sugarcoat anything... He prepares you for real life situations.... let's face it god forbid you ever have to practice what he teaches you, it isn't going to be nice... He has the balance of seriousness and fun just right.. I would highly recommend Andy for anyone interested in learning First Aid. He does a variety of courses not just Paediatric! Thank you again and see you in 3 years... �

Absolutely brilliant day training our staff at Burnham Deepdale - the course was fun and interactive, Andy gave us all the confidence and a new set of skills to respond, as first aiders. Genuinely interesting chap with first hand military experience (and some great stories). Everyone left feeling they had learned something, even those with medical backgrounds. Have just come back from experiencing one of the best first aid courses I've ever had (and that's a few with being a nurse!)Not only are Andy and Rachel so very kind and generous by donating the course fee to the just giving fund for #forthomas Andy provided a very informative session on family first aid. The course was fun and got everyone involved but was taught in a way that was clear, concise and to the point. There wasn't an overload of information but facts and techniques that everyone should know when in a situation that requires quick action! Although it was a relaxed atmosphere which made it enjoyable and easy to take the info on board Andy was very professional and answered each question with superb knowledge. I would highly recommend this course to all family and friends especially those with children, you can never have enough knowledge when it comes to first aid.Thank you so much Andy, a really enjoyable evening you've definitely reassured myself, husband and mum in how to respond to a first aid situation.

Did an evening first aid with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed it and came away with so much knowledge we didn't know. We both felt relaxed and was such a nice evening, Andy is a lovely gentleman who makes it easy to understand and explains things so you can understand them. I feel I have gained so much today. Attending Andy's first aid course was so rewarding. Andy delivered the course in a professional, yet friendly and engaging way, I really enjoyed it. Just been on Andys first aid course. Having done many first aid courses before. I found this one really helpfull in topping up my information. He is great at getting that correct information across to us. The training aids he had was top notch and of very good quality. We had plenty of time to practice what was required. With 8 of us in this class we plenty of time and room to play a casualty and to practice. A great time and looking forward to doing the refresher unfortunately thats not for 3 years time. A great course, teaching all the basic first aid skills we all need to know, in an informal setting, hopefully I will never need to use them but feel confident now that I would be able too! Would recommend everyone to give up 3/4 hours of their time and do this course.

Excellent course at a very reasonable price. The course was run in a very comfortable environment by Andy who made it interesting and informative. Well worth attending as I now feel more confident although I hope I never have to put any of it into practice. Highly recommended!
